1. End of Marketing Tie-Up with Qualigens Fine Chemicals
In June 2006, the 5 year term of our association with Qualigens Fine Chemicals (a division of Glaxo SmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd, India) has come to a close. Partnering with them has been a wonderful experience for Infusil, where both organizations shared with and learnt from each other while contributing to greater business success. We wish Qualigens success in all their endeavors.
 
2. All-India Network of Channel Partners
For the first time, Infusil has appointed 47 authorized channel partners across the country to support our sales activity in their respective regions. The company regularly provides them with all necessary tools such as catalogue, leaflets, price lists, rate contract proposals, etc. to further enhance the efficiency of the partnership. We are in process of adding on another 10 channel partners in the coming months.
 

3. Training & Development

Infusil has always had a strong commitment towards high quality and customer service. In order to further strengthen this commitment, we have developed structured training programs aimed at adding value to our channel partner service engineers, our sales & marketing team, as well as all other employees in the various divisions of the company.
 
Service Support Training
After-sales service is vital for effective customer support. Since it is extremely difficult for the company to reach all its customers across the country in time, we have empowered our channel partners to provide the same to the customers in their regions. This has been implemented through proper and rigorous training to the channel partners’ teams such that they are able to service our specialty products with precision and efficiency. Two training sessions on servicing our Distillers and Water Treatment Plants for the service engineers of our channel partners have been held in June and October 2007. The sessions had a great response and based on increasing demand, more such sessions will be organized this year.
 
In-house Training
Based on the requirements, Infusil has developed training sessions to address all aspects of business, communication, personality development, etc for its employees. Specially researched modules have been developed for the company’s sales and marketing division. The sessions are aimed at inculcating sales techniques, proper sales etiquette, etc.
